Our Story
Phenomenal Living was founded by three Registered Nurses who went through nursing school together and built something extraordinary — both in their careers and in their community.
We know what it means to work hard, to show up for people in their most vulnerable moments, and to believe that everyone deserves dignity, stability, and a real chance. That is the foundation of everything we do.
What We Offer
More than a roof. We provide the structure, support, and resources residents need to thrive.
Private and shared rooms in a safe, clean, and structured environment. All properties are inspected, insured, and professionally managed.
Our RN founders provide individualized case management — weekly check-ins, goal setting, resource coordination, and progress tracking.
We connect residents to mental health services, employment programs, legal aid, benefits enrollment, and community support organizations.
Budgeting, financial literacy, job readiness, and independent living skills — we prepare residents for lasting success beyond our home.
As licensed RNs we help residents navigate Medi-Cal enrollment, medical appointments, medication management, and mental health referrals.
From day one we are planning your next step. We help residents identify and secure permanent housing so they leave ready and equipped.

We are passionate about serving those who served us. As RNs we are uniquely equipped to support veterans with complex needs and are actively pursuing VA housing programs to bring quality housing to veterans in Kings County and surrounding areas.
We provide stable, structured housing for adults transitioning back into the community. We are actively establishing reentry housing programs to serve Kings County and surrounding counties.
We welcome seniors and independent adults who need a safe, supportive living environment with like-minded housemates and professional oversight.
